The Senior Partner

Imran Dhanji, the proprietor has been in legal  practice in the Kenyan jurisdiction since 2007, prior to this he has been involved in legal practice in the United Kingdom for a number of years.

His areas of specialization are arbitration, conveyancing, company law, commercial law, debt collection, environmental law, litigation, media law, mediation, medical negligence law, mortgages, charges, trusts, wills, intellectual property and private client work.

Prior to establishing the firm; he has represented numerous corporate and individual clients at all levels in Kenya. He also has vast international legal experience primarily in employment  law at tribunal level as a consultant in the United Kingdom. He has extensive experience of the business environment in Kenya and sits as a director of a number of companies in Kenya.

The Firm

The Firm has retained a number of senior consultants, legal assistants, clerks and accounts clerks.

The Firm has a vast legal network both local and international, where any type of legal work can be outsourced, monitored by our Firm and then successfully completed in any jurisdiction of the world.
Support services for the Firm, for example; extra court clerks, debt collectors, auctioneers and private investigators are currently being outsourced from experienced persons with whom the proprietor has worked closely with for several years.

The Head office layout is designed as a mini arbitration center for resolving small disputes.
