The bulk of work undertaken by the Firm is in relation to: arbitration, banking law, conveyancing, company law, commercial law, debt collection, family law, intellectual property, litigation, medical negligence law, negotiation of oil and gas transactions and the arbitration of oil and gas disputes, wills, trusts, probate and private client work.
Unless otherwise agreed, depending on the complexity of your matter, we charge fees in accordance with the scales prescribed by the Advocate’s Remuneration Order, 2011 under the Advocates Act Cap 16 Laws of Kenya. To comply with current legal regulations in place, we do not charge less than that prescribed in the advocate’s remuneration order. We do however have a pro-bono department that assists charitable cases of special need.
The Firm has a Professional Indemnity Insurance Policy.
